LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Telcoe Federal Credit Union continues its longstanding commitment to the community by offering an annual scholarship program to graduating high school seniors pursuing higher education. The Telcoe Scholarship provides financial assistance of $500 to recipients attending college or technical school. This year, Telcoe Federal Credit Union awarded a total of $6,500 in scholarships to 13 exceptional students, both in-state and out-of-state.
Every April, we celebrate YOUTH MONTH at Telcoe Federal Credit Union. We offer special rate youth certificates of deposit, youth savings accounts, coloring contests, and scholarship applications are accepted. Selection criteria for the scholarships included exceptional academic achievements, notable extracurricular involvement, and the submission of well-crafted essays. The recipients of this year's Telcoe Scholarships represent a group of talented individuals:

"We are extremely excited for the remarkable increase in scholarships this year, surpassing last year's count," said Michele Beasley, Vice President of Marketing at Telcoe Federal Credit Union. "In addition to our scholarship program, we are thrilled to highlight our recent partnership announcement with Pulaski County Special School District at Maumelle High School -Academies of Central Arkansas, as our objective is to foster sound financial principles with students. We want to acknowledge that without the support of our members, none of these opportunities would be possible," Beasley emphasized.
